Meegan Sullivan

Ms. Sullivan has over 25 years’ experience in consulting across the Australian infrastructure sector, with expertise in the complex process of planning and approvals for large-scale water, transport, energy, and social infrastructure programs. She oversees our multidisciplinary teams that address client needs for the planning of major new and innovative infrastructure programs. Ms. Sullivan consults on public policy and strategic planning for both Australian government agencies and private sector clients. She has advised on major programs such as Melbourne’s Level Crossing Removal Program, Regional Rail Link, Melbourne Metro Tunnel and East West Link Public Private Partnerships, Brisbane’s Airport Link, Gold Coast’s Light Rail project, the Western Sydney Airport, and the Sydney Desalination Project. Ms. Sullivan has also supported and participated in alliance leadership teams for the Rail Systems Alliance (Regional Rail Link), Sydney Water’s Priority Sewerage Program, North Head Sewage Treatment Improvements, and SewerFix Wet Weather Alliances. Ms. Sullivan has a Bachelor of Town Planning from the University of New South Wales.
